1. Upon receipt by the Guest of a provisional booking, a deposit of 50% (fifty percent) shall be payable within 48 hours. Bookings will not be confirmed until such time as the deposit has been paid. Failure to pay a deposit within the time specified shall automatically result in the cancellation of the booking.  The balance of the booking fee shall be payable 60 (sixty) days prior to arrival. Bookings made 7 (seven) days or less prior to arrival, shall be settled in full for booking confirmation to be issued. A deposit payment provides a Guest with a confirmed reservation, and a full reservation charge payment provides a Guest with guaranteed arrival.

2. The Guest shall be responsible for any damage caused to the allocated rooms, furnishings, utensils, and equipment therein, by any act or omission of the Guest, its employees, Guest visitors, or invitees.

An administration fee equivalent to 5% of the rate applies to all cancellations.

1. ‍Public holiday, Peak, or Festive season cancellations
   
   Cancellations 90(ninety) or more days prior to the confirmed arrival date shall be subject to a 25% (twenty-five percent) penalty
   
   Cancellation less than 90 (ninety) days prior to the confirmed arrival date shall be subject to100% (one hundred percent) penalty

• April Easter Weekend – 6 to 11 April 2023
• April/May Freedom Day & May Day – 27 April 2023 to 1 May 2023
• June – Youth Day - 15 June 2023 to 18 June 2023
• August Women’s Day Long Weekend – 9 August 2023 to 13 August 2023
• September Heritage Day Long Weekend – 22 September 2023 to 25 September 2023
• 15 December 2022 – 15 January 2023 -Minimum stay of 7 days apply over Christmas or New Year

1. Non-peak season cancellations
   
   Cancellations 60(sixty) or more days prior to the confirmed arrival date shall be subject to a 25% (twenty-five percent) penalty.
   
   Cancellation less than 60 days prior to the confirmed arrival date shall be subject to a 100% (one hundred percent) penalty.

1. Invoice/s or payment notifications to the Guest shall be paid by the Guest to B&EF, without any deduction or set off of any nature whatsoever, in accordance with the details set out in such invoice.

2. Amounts due must be made via electronic funds transfer into a bank account designated by B&EF in writing.
   ‍
3. B&EF may designate a new bank account or another method of payment by written notice to guest. It is the Guest’s duty to ensure that it makes payment into the correct bank account. Payment into an incorrect bank account, whether caused by fraud or by any other reason, will not release Guest’s obligation to make payment to B&EF for services rendered as specified in the invoice.

4. B&EF will not be liable for any rate fluctuations of third-party suppliers whose servicesB&EF books on behalf of Guest.
   ‍
5. No obligation to make payment will be canceled and no refunds will be given under these Terms unless formally agreed between the Parties in writing.
   ‍
6. Guests will be liable for all bank fees and commissions related to the payment, including commissions and charges related to the international transfer of funds.
   ‍
7. Any amount which remains unpaid beyond the date upon which it becomes owing will attract interest at a rate of 2% (two percent) above the prime interest rate per annum.
   ‍
8. Should payment not be received as per the time periods set out herein, the booking will be automatically canceled and the deposit forfeited. This is subject to B&EF’s rights to damages. B&EF will have the right to retain all monies paid by guest pending the determination of such damages and thereafter to set off the amount so retained against any amount owing.
